Exchange and return policy


  • Our abayas are made to order, and according to the executive regulations of the e-commerce system, products that are made to order cannot be returned or exchanged.


  • In order to ensure the quality of our products, we allow the return or exchange of products that arrive to you damaged or do not match your order within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition and has not been used, and that it is wrapped in the original packaging.


  • The defect is explained by attaching a photo. If there is a difference in the sizes from those shown on the Instagram page, the piece is measured in inches and a photo is attached that explains the problem.


  • If the order is delayed for more than 3 days, there will be no exchange or refund.


  • The store has the right to inspect the product before accepting the exchange or return to ensure the safety of the product.


  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


  • Excess sewing threads are not considered a defect that requires replacement or return, as they can be easily cut by the customer.
